Affiliate Disclosure
Effective 2026-11-06
In one sentence: some links on Laser Gear HQ are affiliate links, so if you buy a laser engraver, a cutter or an accessory after clicking one, the store may pay us a commission, and the price you pay stays exactly the same.
Why this page exists
The US Federal Trade Commission asks publishers to tell readers about any financial relationship that could affect a recommendation. This is ours. A shorter version also appears in the footer of every page and in articles that contain affiliate links, so you do not need to find this page to know about it.
The programs we belong to
Laser Gear HQ is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com and affiliated international Amazon sites. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.
We may also join affiliate programs run directly by laser brands or by affiliate networks. A link to a manufacturer's own store can therefore earn a commission too. Current programs: Amazon Associates.
What a commission changes, and what it doesn't
- It pays for hosting, research time and keeping older guides up to date.
- It does not decide which machines we include. A model with no affiliate program can be the one we point you to.
- Brands cannot buy a place in a guide, a better position in a list or a softer description of a weakness.
- Commission rates differ between stores; we do not choose a link because one store pays more.
How our guides are made
So far our guides are built from manufacturer specifications, user manuals, software documentation and the published requirements of each machine. We have not tested the products ourselves, and we do not present our articles as hands-on reviews. If we receive a machine and use it, the article that comes from it will say so, including whether the unit was bought or supplied by the brand.
Spotting an affiliate link
Buttons and links that lead to a store should be treated as potentially paid. In the page code they are also marked as sponsored, which tells search engines the same thing we are telling you.
Prices
Prices and availability are set by retailers and change frequently. The price shown on the store at the moment you buy is the one that applies.
